Can't launch the program after a clean install

everything was working fine until a few hours ago, when for no apparent reason all the images were being generated with errors of having the entire image completely broken, full of colored pixels without being able to see anything. After not finding the reason, I have decided to create a clean installation with the latest version. When launching the program I get this error and it closes:

I have not made any changes to anything, and yesterday I did another clean installation on the same computer and I had no problem

I was able to get past this issue by deleting my StableDiffusion\venv folder and everything in C:\Users[username]\AppData\Local\Temp. I also ran pip cache purge in my conda environment.

I deleted the TEMP folder content with CCleaner and the venv folder, but still have the problem and can't install the repo. Can you explain the pip cache? I've only installed and used it since I've been using this program and I don't really know how to do it. thank you

I have finally been able to make it work by putting exactly the pip purge cache command in the main folder of the repository, and after finishing I have been able to start the program without problems. Thank you very much for giving me the solution, very grateful
