I havent found where to download their models, but I read that these are pretty big and it is unlikely they will run on consumer hardware. Apparently they released some smaller versions alongside the main one, but they still might be too big to run. I always wanted a better interrogate but it seems like this will be an external service / colab thing

However I would absolutely love it if they could upgrade ChatGPT with it, so it can analyze images. When this could be merged with a higher resolution version of instructPix2Pix then the possibilities are endless!
