is the google collab broken?

I dont have much technical knowledge of how the collab works but for the past few days i have been having issues starting it up.
when starting everything goes as planned, it downloads and installs everything it needs to and the first part of the process goes without an issue. the problem arises when it try to actually start the webUI usually via localtunnel. the process goes fine until the very end when its installing the requirements for the webUI at wich point the console gets spammed by thousands (and im not kidding, since google does tell me it culled 5000 messages) of "requirement already fullfilled" messages. this triggers the collab,s anti-crash measure ending the program. and even if fit doesnt crash google,s own culling of the console makes it imposible to get the localtunnel link since its impossible to see the 5000 lines it culled.

i want to know if this is a problem witht he webui, google collab or just from my end in some way

edit: it tried to make a bug report but i have no idea how the get the commit number but as of the publishing of this discussion post it should be the latest 2.0 commit avialable for collab
