You can pick large one for now. If it works ok, then try out the smaller one later. The smaller one had problems for some people, so I recommend testing with the larger one first. They produce the same images.

Do I need v2-inference-v.yaml from https://github.com/AUTOMATIC1111/stable-diffusion-webui/wiki/Dependencies as well?

Yes bump this question please.
Do we need a yaml file?
Does it go in the configs folder?
Or does it go next to the model in the models/stable-diffusion folder?
Where are the V2 yaml files? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aAyvsX-EpG4 shows them supplied in Automatic1111's config folder but they are strangely not longer there - only the V1 yaml files exist now.
