Inpaint Mask Strength doesn't seem to do anything anymore

I saw someone else had this problem a couple weeks ago but I didn't think anything of it. But I was trying it out recently, and lo behold it did absolutely nothing whether I set it 0 or 1. I have tried denoising from 50% to 1, but I get identical results with inpainting strength at any setting.
Anyone else have find that it does nothing ?

Edit: My bad, I forgot it HAD to be an inpainting model used.
