Bad ui display

I installed the latest version of stable-diffusion-webui.
And opened URL http://localhost:7860/ in browser.
But the screen display is out of order.
Tried different browsers （Edge, Chrome, etc) with the same result.
The image generation function is normal.

Does anyone know how to fix it? Many thanks!

It looks like CSS isn't working. Maybe your browser has some sort of blocker? Do other websites look similar? Maybe the CSS file is just missing.

The display of other websites are normal.
As you said, it seems like a CSS file problem. I don't find the style.css in the inspection window.
But the style.css file is on the webui folder.

Added "--share" in the parameter to create a shared link.
And the display of both the shared link and local link is normal now. Very Strange.
