Hi, may I ask for the size of the image you were generating ?

512x512 1.5 pruned model...
Honestly I am getting worried, on the net there is no trace of such a message....
I checked the space on the hdd and there is nothing abnormal....
I also updated webui to the latest version.
I am using xyz plot, maybe it can be the final grid png image too big? 30 s/r x 5 sampler
I have a doubt that this is the reason....

5125125*30 = 39 321 600 pixels
That's under the limit, however that doesn't take I to account the space between each generated image. I don't have numbers however that seems to be the one and only cause to your problem. You probably overshoot the limit I think because of this space.
Try lowering the number of images being generated on the same grid.
