Is there a way to launch with different configurations via batch file?

I use the webui for multiple purposes, and I'd like to set up config files with my output directories and config settings different for each purpose. It would be great if I could reference a settings file/directory from the webui-user.bat file and create multiple bat files for the different setups, for easy switching between configurations. Is this possible?
