[New Extension] 3D model loader

A custom extension that allows to load the local 3D model/animation inside webui, then send screenshot to txt2img or img2img as your ControlNet's reference image.


Currently, it supports to load three most popular types: obj, stl and fbx, but it has potential to support more.

Yea, It supports FBX format with animation, I tested FBX from Adobe Mixamo, it works well.
