I am not sure if this way is compatible with Windows users. If you really want to try, I suggest using Docker Desktop.
As for other concerns, please double check your nvidia driver is ready.

I use Docker Desktop; probably the simplest way for Windows users. However, I haven't tried this link.
There is also a waiting PR #7946 that adds Docker support.
I assume Bob's implementation here is similar (with web ui dependencies built-in based on the filesize) 🤔
