Is everything slower now? Since commit: 955df775?

First of, thanks to all the devs for all the work on this. It's a great ability to have, and thank you for making this possible on regular home pcs.

Has the interface slowed down for anyone else? Lately, switching tabs even and perhaps especially the image browser (maybe I'll comment there) seem much slower, and even loading text from prompts is frustratingly slow.

My hardware's the same, and I assume there are more features and with them some bloat, but is that enough to explain the slow down? Should I remove extensions?
