After updating, I cannot generate images and cannot save settings.
What is the latest stable version? I want to switch to it as the current one is too prone to issues.

I found that downloading stable-diffusion-webui again has no problem, but there are issues after updating on the previously installed one. How can I make it work properly without having to download and reinstall stable-diffusion-webui every time I encounter a problem?
