hi guys, I already tried all methods i found to fix it (also from discussions), but it's still here.

My system: RTX 3070, R9 5950X, latest win11 build. This shouldn't be a internet problem. I tried re-installing .cache with vpn and without it.
The file (tokenizer_config.json) is not created by the programme automatically. It just dont exist. All attempts to create the file myself have failed.

I've met the same error and for me downgrading transformers from 4.26.1 to 4.19.2 works

If it still relevant for you, I fixed the same problem by downgrading transformers from 4.26.1 to 4.19.2 by changing version of the transformers package in files 'requirements.txt' and 'requirements_versions.txt' in the root project folder.

tried this downgrading to 4.19.2 from 4.30.2 and the controlnet stopped showing in SD UI. have got any solution for this?

I'm using Firefox for SD and don't have such a problem. As an advice, I can only recommend you to check your browser for any browser extensions (NoScript, AdBlock and so on), which block JavaScript. They all should be turned off on the page with SD interface.
