prior to this i kept receiving the Torch is not able to use GPU; add --skip-torch-cuda-test to COMMANDLINE_ARGS variable to disable this check, but i followed the steps in issue 1742 and got here.

Also Pip keeps saying i have an outdated version and i should install 23.0.1, but when i run pip --version, i have 23.0.1 idk what i'm doing wrong :o halp
