little script to make a shortcut to launch server + a web browser tab

I made this short python script to launch server + a web browser tab, so I'm sharing if it can helps someone or whatever, you just have to complete.

This could also be modified directly into the batch script but (I needed also for other apps so ¯_(ツ)_/¯ )
