.py issues out of the box

I've been running this branch for over a month with great results but since few days ago there are problems.

I tried reinstalling everything from the ground up, removing python and so on, doing pretty much everything in installation guide backwards, restarting PC after each segment, doing proper installation with restarting machine after each step, clearing cache and so on, and still end up with this on fresh installs while trying to load:

Fresh installation.
Before that, I've done close to 2500 images using different databases and different SD settings.

System: win 10, 32GB ram, RX6600XT, Ryzen 5 3600; browsers used: vivaldi and edge

Ok, I think I've found the answer:
simply delete the venv folder.
Just reproduced the error after switching from bat with --medvram instead of --lowvram and same error procured.
Why fresh installation had this issue is beyond me, but at least I now know how to fix it.
