I accidentally updated my extensions which lead to an odd behavior of not loading my Locons AND eventual nonstop port timeout on launching, failing to complete the launch of automatic1111. I was using commit hashes that I thought were stable. So, I figured a git pull would update my venv to get any requirements needed for the accidental update of the extensions. And so my nightmare began...
I had hoped deleting my venv would do it. Nope. I had hoped deleting some extensions and rebuilding the venv would do it. Nope. Maybe resetting to an eariler hash commit? Nope. Commit and delete venv? nope.
I am now pulling all my loras and models and what not from my dead automatic and decentralizing them. I'll use HardLink to pop them back in now.
I would really love a stable release of Automatic without some kind of weird 117 vs 118 and torch upgrade oddness with requirement editing and what not for us noobs!! I know this is the price to pay for the bleeding edge of science, and I should just gitgud... But I really can't seem to find a clean install of automatic that will let me load my previously working Locons!
