Redirect messages going to Vizard to another external program.

Would like to have liveplots on an external tool like Grafana (which has a protocol buffers plugin).
So instead of Basilisk -> Vizard, would like to send it to something else (or if possible, both :))

Would appreciate some pointers on how I could get started on this!
Also, can I send any Module's Msg data over ProtoBuf?

With vizInterface we have the capability to stream the protobuffer simulation message across a tcp port. If you can listen to this from an external program, and decrypt the protobuffer message, you should be able to use it with this program. The protobuffer definition file is in src/utilities/vizProtobuffer/vizMessage.proto.
