Access to papers scenarios

I am very happy to use this amazing framework but sometimes when I read paper that they used this framework I can't find the implementation of that scenario here like this paper "Machine Learning For Reaction Wheel Fault Detection Using Simulated Telemetry Data"
So how we can access these scenarios and the proposed solutions
