[PE-D][Tester B] Error message in add-member and delete-member does not highlight both group and contact errors together #307
Description
Running add-member g/100 c/100 when both the number of groups and contacts is less than 100 will lead to both GROUP_INDEX and CONTACT_INDEX being out of range.
However, only The group index provided is out of range error message is out of range for the GROUP_INDEX.
Both error messages can be added in to inform the user of the mistake in 1 go. Example: The group index and contact index provided is out of range
