two types of people, (a) those who want to get to the cluster and run RStudio. And (b) those who want to get there and run big calculations.
- could day 1 be more focused on (a)
- and then day 2-3 more focused on (b)
Also (a) people coming when starting their work (b) people who have been using the cluster for a while already.

more exercises for homework ? (at least they can't complain about not enough time).

emphasize that there isn't time so do them later / emphasize async nature of the course.

more exercises at the end of the day, when people are tired and can't focus on listening. More talking in the middle of the day.

Lessons that went fast with the intros were generally the best.
