We want to simplify the standard configuration for the "education" use case, so that it is a bit less overwhelming. With less fields and features it can also better serve as a starting point for new clients to extend their custom system based on this.

Test Scenario:

1. You are
   • Maria, founder of a local NGO in Guatemala with an M.A. in Social Work and a team of 3-8, moderately comfortable with digital tools
   • Kwame, project manager at a local project in Ghana with an M.A. in Economics and a team of 3-8, somewhat comfortable with digital tools
2. The education project you are running is supporting underprivileged children to attend school regularly and successfully and help them develop life skills overall. This involves being in touch with schools, support with education-related costs, tuition classes and other activities.
3. Until now, you have used spreadsheets and maybe paper registers and files to document things.
4. Someone (maybe a peer, a funder or an article) gave you the idea that you should have an MIS (management information system), beneficiary database or other kind of digital tool for your work. You don't really now yet what solutions are out there and how they work, however.

• remove "Educational Materials" section for simplicity - or keep as a useful example?

• can we simplify anything further? does this work as a basis for customizing your new system? What are possible hurdles and confusions?
