outer grid points with xmitgcm #2
Description
It seems that we need the outer grid points for conservative regridding with xESMF.
This is not a problem with the MNC outputs. However, when we use xmitgcm we won't have the outer grid points.
This issue might profit from PR MITgcm/xmitgcm#195.
