Unit tests for pgRoutingLayer #1
Description
Unit tests are to be developed for the pgRoutingLayer code , Following things have to be dealt with
-
Create a runner script (i.e. run_test.sh) to run all tests.

Remove Relative import issue.

qgis tester plugin is to be involved for better testing (testing in QGIS environment)
-
GUI testing is to be done.
