still shows 1.19.4 glint

even when toggling the mod it still shows the 1.19.4 enchant glint
it also still shows the 1.19.4 glint when i use texture packs that dont have it

there is no glint . I have it open but it shows only the 1.19.3 colours but not the glint. Anyway to fix it?
