EPIC: Test CI coverage for the project #17
Description
Background
StatusBoard project does not have united test workflows to targeting our QA standards. The CI checks needs to be implemented with high priority to address all ui, unit and integration project tests.
Goal
The goal is to have automated CI workflows to test coverage for all available tests in the project (unit, integration, ui) for every codebase change.
