Build Issues on macOS 12.6.8

Hey!

My build breaks similar to #119, but not exactly.

Building on macOS 12.6.8 with cmake-3.27.4 (from homebrew), python-3.9.13 (to match RV, installed manually) and Qt 5.15.2 (installed with Qt Online Installer).

Here are my steps:

git clone --recursive https://github.com/AcademySoftwareFoundation/OpenRV.git
cd OpenRV
/opt/python/3.9.13/bin/python -m venv .venv
source .venv/bin/activate
source rvcmds.sh
python3 -m pip install --upgrade -r ${RV_HOME}/requirements.txt
cmake -B _build -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug -DRV_DEPS_QT5_LOCATION=${QT_HOME}
cmake --build _build --config Debug -v --parallel=8 --target main_executable

And it dies with:

I don't see any other errors. Only warnings. (I have the full log if that'll help.)

I'm seeing this in the log:

Python build finished successfully!
The necessary bits to build these optional modules were not found:

To find the necessary bits, look in setup.py in detect_modules() for the module's name.

built by the Makefile instead, as configured by the Setup files:

Failed to build these modules:
_hashlib


Following modules built successfully but were removed because they could not be imported:
_ssl                  readline


Could not build the ssl module!
Python requires an OpenSSL 1.0.2 or 1.1 compatible libssl with X509_VERIFY_PARAM_set1_host().
LibreSSL 2.6.4 and earlier do not provide the necessary APIs, https://github.com/libressl-portable/portable/issues/381

running build_scripts

Not sure if it's related.
