config_linux_rocky8.md - Error: No matching repo to modify: crb.

I haven't built RV in many months and the last time I built it was on centOS7. This time I'm trying on Rocky 8. The first issue I ran into was:

sudo dnf config-manager --set-enabled crb devel
Error: No matching repo to modify: crb.

Shouldn't this command be:
sudo dnf config-manager --set-enabled powertools
for Rocky 8? From what I can tell crb is for Rocky 9

Also curious, do we need to install python3.10 for an RV build?
