RV Build issue on windows - numerous errors

As per #779, I'm doing this build on 21120ac rather than the latest

This is also on Windows

I'm getting what looks like 4 batches of errors when running rvbuildt main_executable. Each batch has quite a few errors in, but they are all similar, so I'm just pasting one per batch here:

When you do the rvcfg command, which version of MSVC is it using? You might have to do a build in a new folder to see those at the start of the log output.

The first two lines of a fresh rvcfg are:
