ci-osl 2025 build container is now available

The 2025 version of the ci-osl build container is now available and could be added to the CI build matrix.

https://hub.docker.com/r/aswf/ci-osl/tags

You can specify aswf/ci-osl:2025.0 to get this specific version, or aswf/ci-osl:2025 to automatically upgrade to any future releases (keeping VFX Platform 2025 compatibility).

This container image includes all dependencies required to build OpenShadingLanguage, but not OpenShadingLanguage itself.
