Migrate Wiki Content to GitHub or Website #40

Description

@matthewlow-dwa

Information regarding DPEL is currently scattered between the main website, GitHub, and a wiki. We should consider consolidating.

Since evolving from a Working Group to a full Project, and taking greater advantage of GitHub for both the website and assets, the original wiki has become less useful and less discoverable. It is no longer a reasonable landing page for the project. Additionally, many of the wiki pages only serve to link to other external resources.

Migrate the content of the DPEL Wiki to either GitHub or the website, as appropriate. For content that best fits the wiki paradigm, consider using GitHub's Wiki features.

For example --

  • How To: Asset Contribution process should be documented on both GitHub and the website. Asset Update process should likely be on GitHub docs
  • License: Should be on GitHub, and available on the website
  • Link to Open Assets/Wish List: Could be new pages on the website
  • TSC/Meeting notes should move to GitHub
