Enhancement: Rebalance some bosses in hard mode #3
Description
If the game is successfully recovered, some mechanics should have a tweak to make several bosses more fair in hard mode. (Example: the infamous Experimental subject 3, the Puppet Master fight and the Mirror Creature + Efran fake combo)
