Potential Signatures for Forum Posts or GitHub Issues

AFAIK @mattmassicotte is planning to personally abstain from posting on Swift Forums and opening new GitHub issues for the Swift or Apple orgs.

Would there be any ideas about something like a "signature" that engineers could attach if they still do want to participate in those places? Could an engineer post on Swift Forums or open a Swift GitHub issue and include something like an email signature at the bottom that can draw some attention to what you are working on?

Perhaps we could tweak it to #ActDifferent in the hashtag form to make it stand out and more recognizable (even by itself). It would also help search.
