Feature request: Make visualizations reusable for different buckets

Dear maintainers

I want to suggest a feature where the "Category Sunburst", "Category Tree", "Top Categories", "Sunburst Clock" and "Timeline (barchart)" can be used to visualize and aggregate data from specific buckets, not only the aw-watcher-window bucket, especially the Stopwatch bucket would be very useful. I find that I can keep a more accurate overview of the time I spent using the Stopwatch. This has two main reasons:

1. When I'm in an in-person meeting, I'm often AFK and that's time where I'm working, but it's not reflected in activitywatch.
2. A lot of window titles don't contain unique identifiers on which I can categorize them.

I use activitywatch to fill out my timesheets for work and I'm currently going through the list manually to aggregate everything from the stopwatch.

Might take a while until we make a new release with that in it though (but we're on it!)
