Background repeat

But i would like to know how to apply background-repeat?

It's been a long time since i've used this (been using font-icons and also native mobile lately). Could you add in this to the class with the sprite: background-repeat: repeat-y;?

I have already tried this, the problem is to generate the sprite with the icon repeated inside
