Ensure we support multi-file editing

Certain adjustments will edit multiple files within a solution:

1) Ensure multi-file editing is fully supported and tested. Add a new optional --project-path parameter when appropriate.

2) Ensure the --dry-run command lists each file that is created/modified separately.
