Feature Request: Ignore issues in cells with comments

When weirdness occurs, such as box substitutions, the warning/error messages cannot be dropped off. This makes it a bit more difficult to see which issues that the tool has flagged have been addressed, and which are still to be addressed - especially if I take a break during the verification.

Would it be possible to add a feature that ignores cells that have comments associated with them?

Would it additionally be possible to make this a toggled feature?

Sorry, only just saw this. It's a possibility, but I'm going to be travelling for work all summer, so definitely not something that will happen right away.
