Event time being advanced by 4 hours every time I try and add a date to calendar #47

Hello, I am trying to use this plugin and everything works except its adding 4 hours onto the event time everytime i try to add to the calendar. For exampe...
2017-10-25 19:00:00
should set it to 7:00pm but sets it to 11:00pm in google calendar
2017-10-31 09:00:00
should set it to 9:00am but sets it to 1:00pm in google calendar

I am in San Diego and my time zone is set correctly on the server and on my computer.
What would be causing this? Been trying for hours to figure it out any help appreciated.
