Add advertisements category in website categories #984

Issue Details
Most/all blocklists include ads and trackers which improve privacy but many times that include false positives more often due to tracking domains being used for site functionality as well.
Proposed solution
Add a advertisements category in website categories in parental control, which will block advertisements only and not tracking domains which would block ads and preserve site functionality.
