Domain names written to DNS redirection cannot be blocked by filtering rules

• How did you setup DNS configuration:

• Operating system and version:
  • Debian 10

Expected Behavior

The domain name that I wrote about DNS redirection can be blocked by custom filtering rules.

Actual Behavior

They are not blocked and can still be accessed by some clients.

This is expected behavior, DNS rewrites have higher priority than any filtering rule.
