custom block page???

I have dynamic IP and dynamic dns. I have webserver for custom block page and use Encryption settings agh.
DOH work well in my place, but custom block page not working.
Because i use private IP address in 'Blocking IPv4'.

If posible agh can use automatic Blocking IPv4, look like IP updater client ddns (can detect external IP automaticly).
With this i think my custom block page can work well...

Alternative
make 'DNS blocklists' change to 'DNS rewrites' rule or cloaking rules.
DNS blocklists change to single domain rule...
example:
myblocklist.com -> blockpage.com
myblocklist2.com -> blockpage.com
etc
With this custom block page use domain name, not use IPv4.

I don't want use proxy, vpn or vps...
