how to overwrite/change ttl for spesific domain in agh or maybe ignore cache to spesific domain in agh?

how to overwrite/change ttl for spesific domain in agh?
Because that domain ip address change time to time. But ttl to high, make website error...

I want example.com ttl from 3600 to 30.
Waiting domain cache expired is too long to me.
Clear query log & static log agh then reboot server can reset IP address for spesific domain, but 😓...

I don't know that error becaue ttl or dnscache.
Default ttl that web actually 60, but in agh ttl more than that...
