More Default Black Lists can cause performance issues ?

Will be Cool to see more black lists added by default that we can choose from .

can be the performance issue if i added some big lists like:

1. HaGeZi's Multi DNS Blocklist - Domains: 400793 https://raw.githubusercontent.com/hagezi/dns-blocklists/main/adblock/multi.txt

2. The Ultimate Hosts Blacklist - 150 737 - https://raw.githubusercontent.com/hagezi/dns-blocklists/main/3p/ultimatehosts.adblock.txt
