Android rewrite issues?

I have a very strange problem.
I have the following setup. A router 192.168.1.254 which I use as DHCP server.
Then I have a Pi running with docker. On of these containers is AdGuard version v0.107.27. Pi is running on 192.168.1.253.
Only on my Iphone and Android tab I can't resolve internal address I created with DNS rewrites.
If I set my iPhone to DNS 192.168.1.253 then it works. But if I do it on my Android Tab it doesn't.
What can be the issue of this strange behavior? I have created a tcpdump and it looks like the tab is using Multicast DNS.
On Windows devices with DHCP no issues.
Anybody else seen this problem before?
