Query Log Delay

I recently noticed that query log is about 4mins behind realtime traffic. This wasn't the case before. Anyone else experience this?
Have 2 instances running, one on Raspberry Pi Docker container and another on proxmox lcx container. Both have 2gb RAM assigned.
