Advice needed

I was wondering if anyone would help please.

So, following a couple of re-installations of my AdGuardHome, something strange has happened:

• in the Top Clients list, my router is listed as 192.168.1.1, but there are only 82 queries using this address, whereas the rest is listed as 192.168.0.0. My home network addresses are 192.168.1.x. I've restarted the router and the Pi, but this isn't going away. (I'm using Fritzbox 7530 and the Pi is directly connected to it using an ethernet port, whereas the Pi's WiFi is switched off)
• the percentage sign in the DNS Queries sign has disappeared following one of my re-installs and while it doesn't bother my that much, this together with the above problem makes me think that something has gone wrong during the installation procedure
