Address is already in use

Ubuntu 23.04
Installed Adguard Home using the Snap Store

Error:
validating ports: listen tcp 0.0.0.0:53: bind: address already in use

Note: I tried to search of similar one but it's all for docker but I use Snap to install it (like I mention earlier)
