Access Issue with Ad-Guard Home ALL Filter OFF

Hello,

I am using Ad-Guard Home as my Home DNS (Filter). The other night my wife was shopping and noticed that some clothing suggestions “You might also like these” were blocked through her browser. The site was https://www.cartersoshkosh.ca/en_CA/home?id=carters

I looked at Ad-Guard and did not find the issue as to why this was blocked… I deactivated all the lists and even added the site to the Custom Filtering as allowed @@||cartersoshkosh.ca^ but is still did not work… Attached are 2 printscreens of the problem, using Ad-Guard as DNS and Cloudfare 1.1.1.1

Any way I can allow this “You might also like these” Section to display???

Nobody can explain or answer this behaviour with Ad-Guard? I would love to keep my 2 instances running as I believe the GUI is very nice and the overall functionality awesome too but without understanding why this is happening I can really commit in keeping them. I would love to understand and fix or find a workaround if someone knows more than me. I am no programmer (I am a Network Admin) ... so this is above my pay grade like we say.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
