is anyone experiencing extremely slow webpage loading after updating to v0.107.31 on windows?

since updating AdGuard Home to v0.107.31 last night, everything (websites, apps, streaming services, etc.) takes forever to load, sometimes even timing out.

I know that AdGuard is working because all my ads are being blocked, but it is just taking forever. I have restarted the machine running AdGuard, my router and my modem and all my devices connected to the internet with the same result.

I disabled protection to see if that would help but it did not. So I resorted to going to my router's settings and using the default DNS server. Since then, my speeds are back to normal. Obviously I am not taking advantage of AdGuard's services now, so what can I do to fix this? is there a way to roll back the update to a previous version? thanks!
