Custom blocked services toggles?

Hi,
I read many posts about specific services to block via the "blocked services" tab. Is there an elegant way to add my own toggles? I also have some specific services I would like to block (but also need to unblock manually sometimes for a couple of minutes).
I know I can do this with a custom rule, but with a toggle it is much more convenient :)
